Reservations can be made by mail or phone. We do hope to introduce web bookings sometime in 2005 based on interest. Please review the payment and cancellation policies below. PAYMENTS
DAY TRIPS: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 per person is due with reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

OVERNIGHT TRIPS: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 per person is due with reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

Please note there is a $20 charge for returned checks or late payments.

WEST SHORE: Kmart Shopping Center Lot (far left by Rohrer Sign) 5600 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg

EAST SHORE: Harrisburg Mall Annex (near Toys R Us and The Bus Stop), Pole 32; 3354 Paxton Street, Harrisburg

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations once under deposit will incur the following penalties
Deposit is non-refundable. Once final payment is made, there is no refund unless you find a tour substitute. NOTE: Non-refundable insurance premiums if selected are not included in these amounts

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED
Trip cancellation insurance is available for an added cost and recommended for all passengers. Please call to request an insurance brochure or pick one up at our office. One will be automatically sent to you with your reservation confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: The tours listed are currently available for sale. While every effort is made to have every trip operate, in the interest of providing the lowest possible pricing all tours require a minimum number of participants. In the event a trip must be cancelled or rescheduled due to lack of participants, a full refund will be made.
